Ventone Official does not offer returns or refunds.Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions
:Item must be unworn and unwashed
:Item must be in original condition
:Original tags must remain attached
Exchanges are available only for customers located in the Columbus, Ohio area and must be arranged through an approved local exchange.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, instructions for the local exchange will be provided.
Important Notice
Ventone Official reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the requirements listed above.
